Why Yoga 4 Nurses

Nurses are asked to hold more, do more, and give more—often without adequate support for their own nervous systems. Chronic stress, burnout, moral distress, and fatigue don’t just live in the mind; they live in the body.

Yoga 4 Nurses was created to offer:

  • Practical tools for nervous system regulation

  • Space to slow down and reconnect

  • Education that makes sense through a nursing lens

  • Community with others who truly understand the work

This is care that is sustainable, realistic, and rooted in lived experience.

Yoga 4 Nurses

A 6-Week Nervous System-Informed Program

Created by a Nurse, for Nurses

Nursing is not just a job—it is lived in the body.

Yoga 4 Nurses (Y4N) is a 6-week trauma-informed Yoga and nervous system–focused program created specifically for nurses. This program blends education, movement, reflection, and community to support regulation, resilience, and sustainability—both at work and in life.

This is not about performance or flexibility.

This is about learning how to care for the nervous system that carries you through nursing.

Who This Program Is For

Yoga 4 Nurses is open to:

  • LPNs

  • RNs

  • ARNPs

Nurses from any state or country are welcome.

No prior Yoga experience is required.

Continuing Education (CEs)

At this time, I am awaiting confirmation on whether nursing CEs will be available. Yoga 4 Nurses is independently owned and facilitated, and one of my core intentions is to remain an independent owner and provider of this program. Offering nursing CEs requires additional administrative steps, and I am currently discerning whether it is possible to do so while maintaining that independence.

My hope is to offer CEs, and I will share updates as soon as I have more information. Without offering CEs, the program is able to remain financially accessible, ensuring Yoga 4 Nurses is available to all.

For Yoga Teachers certified through Yoga Alliance, continuing education hours will be offered.
