Lisa Ostler is a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience and the owner of Sacred Juniper Ayurvedic Clinic in Olympia, Washington.
Her background spans emergency medicine, flight nursing, public health, yoga, Ayurveda, and women's wellness, giving her a unique ability to bridge modern science with ancient wisdom.
As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and nurse, Lisa is passionate about helping women understand the connection between hormones, chakras, and the wisdom of the feminine body.
Through education, movement, ritual, and community, she creates spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with themselves.
Awaken the Wise Woman is a reflection of Lisa's belief that when we align biology with energy, we awaken the wisdom that has been within us all along.

Nicole Zinn is a Practical Herbalist and founder of Harmony Farm, a growing medicinal plant farm and sanctuary nestled on three wild acres. Deeply connected to the rhythms of nature, Nicole is passionate about helping others rediscover the wisdom of plants and their ability to support health, healing, and connection.
Through her work with medicinal herbs, Nicole teaches women how to cultivate meaningful relationships with the natural world and incorporate herbal practices into everyday life. Her approach is grounded, accessible, and rooted in the belief that the earth provides many of the tools we need to nourish body, mind, and spirit.
At Awaken the Wise Woman, Nicole will share her knowledge of herbal medicine, guiding participants in exploring the plants, traditions, and practices that have supported women's wellbeing for generations.
