Oil is Medicine: A Love Letter to Abhyanga
Oil is not indulgence. It is medicine, especially in perimenopause, when the body becomes drier, lighter, and more easily overwhelmed.
The Only Thing More Powerful Than Hate Is Love
“The only thing more powerful than hate is love.”
But love does not begin on a national stage. It begins in the quiet spaces within us. Over the past year, I have been shedding old stories — that everything is my fault, that I am not worthy of success, that I must stay in spaces where I feel less than. My work has moved into Aparigraha — non-attachment — releasing expectation, resentment, and the need for validation.
If we want more love in the world, we must begin at the root. We must refine how we speak, how we stay, and how we let go. This is the work.
Grounding Is How We Rise
Sacred Juniper is a space for women to pause, soften, and be held. Through intentional ritual and personalized Ayurvedic bodywork, each session is designed to restore balance and support the nervous system.
This work invites women to listen deeply to their bodies, reclaim care, and move through the world grounded and resilient
I Travel to Learn
I travel to learn, not to change places, but to be changed by them.
From meandering cobblestone streets in Oaxaca to sitting longer over meals, learning new languages, and honoring cultures not my own, travel has taught me how to slow down, listen, and live with intention.
Standing at the Threshold
The year ahead is less about doing more and more about listening—listening to the body, the nervous system, and the quiet wisdom that emerges when we slow down. What’s coming is rooted in care, connection, and a deeper commitment to wholeness.
