I offer a 6-month Ayurvedic consultation package for men & women looking for deeper, more personalized support with their health and well-being.
We begin with an initial 60 minute consultation where we explore what’s currently happening in your body, nervous system, digestion, hormones, and daily life. From there, I create a personalized plan through an Ayurvedic lens that may include nutrition, daily routines, herbs, and supportive practices.
We then meet monthly for 60-minute follow-ups to adjust your plan as your body shifts and to continue building sustainable habits that truly support you.
This package also includes ongoing support between sessions, so you’re not doing this alone—you have guidance and space to ask questions along the way.
Many clients choose to pair this with Ayurvedic bodywork (like the Nervous System Reset) for deeper integration, but that’s completely optional and can be scheduled as needed.
This approach allows us to work more closely with what’s happening in your life right now, while creating a personalized plan that evolves with you over time.
