Let’s move the stagnation, lighten the load, and come home to clarity.
Pre-Cleanse
Autumn Pre-Cleanse (September 16–20)
This gentle preparation phase is designed to ease your body into the seasonal detox process. During this time, you’ll begin to phase out common stimulants and heavy foods—such as caffeine, alcohol, dairy, gluten, meat, fish, and sugar—while increasing your intake of warm, grounding, and nourishing whole foods. You’ll also start to establish a steady daily rhythm that supports digestion, energy, and inner balance. This foundational phase helps reduce withdrawal symptoms and prepares your body and mind for a smooth, effective cleanse.
Ghee Cleanse
Ghee Cleanse (September 21–24)
This is the heart of the Ayurvedic Cleanse. Over these four days, you’ll take ghee each morning on an empty stomach to gently loosen and draw out deep-seated toxins (ama) from the tissues. Meals will be simplified to warm, spiced Kitchari to support digestion and detoxification. You’ll slow down, prioritize rest, and create space for your body to release, reset, and renew. This phase is deeply nourishing, grounding, and essential for restoring clarity and balance as we shift into the cooler months.
Post-Cleanse
Post-Cleanse (September 25–29)
The Post-Cleanse phase is all about integration and rejuvenation. During these five days, you’ll gently reintroduce a wider variety of foods while continuing to support your digestion and energy with grounding meals and mindful routines. This is a time to rebuild strength, nourish your tissues, build vitality (ojas), and deepen the clarity and balance cultivated during the cleanse. With the transition into autumn, this phase helps you stay rooted, calm, and aligned with the season ahead.
